Account Director (Enterprise Sales)

Nugen is seeking an Account Director to help forward-thinking AI-first organizations solve their business challenges with reliable AI capabilities. The role involves driving business growth and cultivating relationships with key accounts while deploying trustworthy AI solutions in high-stakes environments.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of growth-stage technology and AI-first companies, developing comprehensive account strategies
Lead prospects through the entire sales cycle from consideration to successful deployment and expansion
Own revenue targets through consumption-based and annual contract sales
Partner with our research and engineering teams to design custom solutions for complex customer challenges
Build trusted advisor relationships with executives and technical decision makers
Collaborate across teams to drive customer success and company growth

Qualification

Enterprise software salesComplex sales cyclesConsultative sellingTechnical discussionRelationship-building

Required

5+ years selling enterprise software or platform/infrastructure solutions to AI-native or tech-forward companies
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets in a quota-carrying role
Experience managing complex sales cycles with both technical and business stakeholders
Strong consultative selling skills and relationship-building abilities
Comfortable discussing technical concepts with engineering teams
