Responsibilities
Outbound Sales (Primary Focus)
Make 50+ outbound calls daily to:
Warm Leads
Past Clients
Target cold outreach
Call and close leads who have expressed interest in advertising via email
Generate new opportunities through consistent outreach and follow-up
Re-engage previously interested prospects and revive stalled conversations
Nurture strong relationships with clients
Maintain daily outbound activity
Hit achievable, but meaningful monthly sales targets
Show reliability, strong communication, and consistent follow through
Qualification
Required
Has proven sales experience, in a phone-heavy environment
Is comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day
Has grit, resilience, and the ability to push through objections
Is motivated, proactive, and competitive
Communicates exceptionally well over phone, email, and text
Stays organized, follows up consistently, and manages a pipeline
Thrives in a remote role with clear expectations and measurable performance
