Serve as strategic financial partner to executive leadership
Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance, restricted vs. unrestricted funding
Ensure compliance with nonprofit and government funding requirements
Translate financial insights into clear decision-making frameworks
Support audit readiness and board-level reporting, high standards of financial integrity and documentation
Build scalable financial processes aligned with growth
Qualification
Required
CPA
Nonprofit finance and/or government funding exposure, restricted vs. unrestricted funding
Strong executive presence and board-level communication skills
Experience navigating growth, complexity, or transformation
Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
