Responsibilities

Bring new sales of Publicis Sapient’s services that address the post launch requirements of Digital Customers
Interface with existing account teams and net-new logo acquisition teams
Build a global team of sales professionals to drive pipeline and bookings in their respective regions
Lead and manage sales quotas and team performance
Develop opportunities and close business with a strong consultative selling focus
Collaborate effectively with others across the organization to accomplish team goals
Mentor less experienced members of the sales team on selling, account management and negotiation skills

Required

Relevant sales and business development experience in ASM and/or ADM services is a must
Of these, 2+ years must be in positions of team leadership, with experience in managing sales quotas and team performance
Experience in leading and winning multi-year cloud technology and consulting services at Fortune-level customers
Strong consultative selling focus, with a track record of developing opportunities and closing business
Strong business, communication and presentation skills
Organized with the ability to manage & track multiple priorities. Project / customer relationship management a strength
Ability to collaborate effectively with others across the organization to accomplish team goals
Track record in working with talented sales personnel and mentoring less experienced members of sales team on selling, account management and negotiations skills
Drive to deliver value to clients and to help shape and build a fast-paced, growing organization
BS, B-Tech or equivalent technology degree required
As a sales director expect heavy travel to customer locations and for deal-related meetings

Preferred

MBA preferred
Experience of working with Hyperscalers and other cloud platform providers
Knowledge of DevOPs and SRE will be an added advantage
