Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
Creating individualized motivational experiences that engage children and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
Reviewing student performance metrics to iteratively improve your methods and identify practical insights
Partnering with engineering staff to assess and refine AI-based literacy platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree plus specialized certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small-group reading interventions with early elementary students
Capable of evaluating reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated lesson plans independent of prepackaged curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond effectively to student interaction patterns
Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
Available to work on-site at one of our locations: Chantilly (Washington), VA; Lake Forest (Orange County), CA; San Francisco, CA; Miami, FL; or New York City, NY
