Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end sample processing for proteomics & metabolomics—from extraction and digestion to LC-MS/MS analysis—following strict SOPs
Accurately and promptly record the data of each batch of experiments, ensuring the traceability of the data
Perform daily operation, maintenance of LC-MS and related equipment to ensure optimal performance
Uphold 5S principles to maintain an organized, clean, and safe lab environment
Assist with new method developments: including method developments for sample preparation, chromatography methods and/or mass spectrometry methods
Other tasks arranged by line manager
Qualification
Required
B.S./M.S. degree with Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry or other biochemistry related
Experienced in handling various kinds of sample preparations including chemical standards, purified proteins, cell lysates, biological fluids, or dissected tissues
Able to follow instructions and work in a collaborative environment
Conduct end-to-end sample processing for proteomics & metabolomics—from extraction and digestion to LC-MS/MS analysis—following strict SOPs

Preferred
Proteomics sample handling experience is a plus
Hands-on experience in HPLC/UPLC and mass spectrometry is desired
