Responsibilities
Evaluate new investment opportunities across media, entertainment, consumer, and communications sectors
Build and maintain detailed LBO, operating, and valuation models
Conduct commercial, financial, and strategic due diligence
Support transaction execution from initial screening through closing
Work closely with senior investors and management teams during diligence and post close
Assist with portfolio company monitoring, strategic initiatives, and add on acquisitions
Prepare investment committee materials and internal memoranda
Qualification
Required
1 to 2 years of investment banking experience from a top tier or strong middle market platform
Strong financial modeling and analytical skill set
High attention to detail and strong work ethic
Self motivated, intellectually curious, and comfortable in a fast paced environment
Clear communicator with professional presence
Preferred
Exposure to media, entertainment, consumer, communications, or technology sectors
