Responsibilities
Leading and executing recruitment efforts for highly specialized, executive, and strategic roles
Developing and overseeing comprehensive recruiting strategies in collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders
Serving as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert on sourcing strategies, talent community building, organizational design, and talent market mapping
Conducting advanced market research to identify and attract top talent by utilizing a wide range of sourcing channels and techniques, such as social media platforms, professional networking, and passive candidate outreach
Proactively building and maintaining talent pipelines for future organizational needs
Conducting in-depth interviews and assessments of candidates to determine their fit for open positions
Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Providing regular updates to senior leadership on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines
Preparing job descriptions and postings in collaboration with hiring managers
Participating in career fairs and recruitment events to promote the company
Ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication
Leading the aggregation, analysis, and interpretation of data to drive strategic decisions throughout the recruiting lifecycle
Mentoring and leading other recruiting team members as needed
Supporting other HR-related tasks and projects as required
Qualification
Required
Requires bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or master's +10 yrs experience)
Typically, 12+ years of related experience
Demonstrated expert recruiting knowledge and experience leading recruitment efforts for highly specialized, executive, and strategic roles
Experience developing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive recruiting strategies in collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders
Recognized as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert in sourcing strategies, talent community building, organizational design, and talent market mapping
Possesses expert knowledge on conducting market research, utilizing a wide range of sourcing channels and techniques, including social media platforms, professional networking, passive candidate outreach, and proactively building talent pipelines for future organizational needs
Experience analyzing and interpreting data to influence decisions throughout the recruiting lifecycle
Preferred
Extensive experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
Advanced proficiency in data analytics and the ability to leverage data to drive strategic recruitment decisions
Strong technical knowledge of social media recruiting and employer branding
Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and X-ray searches
Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple high-level tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
Experience with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead complex recruitment initiatives
Proven track record of successfully filling highly specialized, executive, and strategic roles
