Responsibilities

Quota-Carrying Role: Directly sell AVRS products to Independent and Franchise Dealers within your designated territory
Market Expansion: Utilize best practices, competitor insights, and industry contacts to increase AVRS market share and revenue
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Embrace a hunter mentality to identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities
Collaborative Selling: Work with regional partners to generate leads and expand AVRS’s reach
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent quota achievement

Qualification

Required

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
Must be able to travel 90% of the time in Northern California
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player

Preferred

Prefer a strong network within the automotive dealer market
Experience selling SaaS products is a plus
