Senior Vice President of Sales
Barrington James is a well-established, PE-backed Institutional Review Board (IRB) that is looking to hire a Senior Vice President of IRB Sales to help scale the business during an exciting growth phase. This leadership role focuses on driving revenue, building relationships, and shaping the commercial strategy while working closely with the CEO, Board, and investors.
Responsibilities
Leading commercial growth across sponsors, CROs, and research organizations
Personally identifying and closing new business opportunities
Leveraging your existing network to create immediate impact
Helping shape go-to-market strategy and long-term commercial direction
Providing leadership and mentorship as the commercial function scales
Qualification
Required
Prior IRB experience
Strong experience within clinical trials / clinical research
A proven commercial track record, ideally within IRB or closely related services
Leadership experience, with the ability to operate as a player-coach
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset suited to a PE-backed environment
Preferred
Candidates from leading IRB and clinical research organizations will be of particular interest
