Responsibilities
Conduct individual and small-group coaching for PreK Guides, demonstrating effective methods and recognizing documented progress
Create and lead play-based learning experiences that integrate SEL, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, serving as the instructional model for your team
Audit and align Guide documentation on a weekly basis to ensure rubric consistency and clarity, facilitating calibration meetings to maintain visibility of milestone achievement
Compose family communications and conduct team briefings that synchronize focus areas and uphold collective standards for campus-wide PreK readiness outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in early years education, early childhood development, or related field
Experience working with groups of young children ages 3 to 5
Demonstrated capability in designing and executing play-based educational programs or curricula that promote developmental milestones e.g. Montessori
At least 1 year of experience coaching or managing a team of educators with performance accountability
Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear family updates and team alignment
Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Willingness to work in-person at Alpha Austin campus with relocation support provided if needed
Preferred
Master's degree or specialized training
