Responsibilities
Replying to new inquiries within 4 hours using personalized, targeted messaging that avoids template language
Conducting campus tours and events that demonstrate precisely how and why our teaching model accelerates learning, and which families benefit most
Managing the entire admissions process, from applications and shadow days through decision conversations and family onboarding
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date CRM and SIS records for weekly review and analysis, particularly within HubSpot
Improving admissions materials, standard operating procedures, and frequently asked questions using live parent feedback and conversion metrics
Qualification
Required
3+ years managing complete admissions cycles at a selective, tuition-based academic institution
Demonstrated track record managing competitive enrollment from initial inquiry through final enrollment decision
Outstanding communication abilities across writing, presenting, and personal interaction
Comfort and skill working with high-net-worth families and sophisticated decision-makers
Solid operational discipline, including CRM expertise (especially HubSpot), time management, and meticulous attention to detail
Currently based in or prepared to relocate to Santa Barbara, San Francisco, or Dallas
U.S. work authorization without need for visa sponsorship
Preferred
Background in elite K–12 private school admissions or competitive college admissions
Track record organizing high-touch, high-conversion admissions events
Proficiency with reporting, performance metrics, and data-informed decision-making
Knowledge of AI-powered or mastery-based educational approaches
