Responsibilities

Managing the complete parent journey—from initial contact through sustained engagement—for a single campus
Delivering persuasive information sessions and individual consultations that transform interested parents into dedicated supporters
Acting as the main parent liaison—addressing concerns, enhancing satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels valued and supported after enrollment
Establishing trust and visibility through consistent on-site engagement, local community partnerships, and targeted outreach efforts
Mobilizing parent advocates to expand referrals and strengthen community influence

Required

Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses, or are willing to relocate to: San Francisco, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; Roswell, GA; Bethesda, MD; Charlotte, NC; Austin, TX; Brownsville, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Kirkland, WA
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision-making
Deep belief in Alpha's accelerated, high-expectation learning model
