Responsibilities

Help curate and book experimental acts, performance artists, and musical pioneers who align with our vision of creative risk and community-as-family
Move beyond traditional advertising to "Narrative Stewardship"—sharing the story of the venue’s rebirth across platforms like Substack (long-form systems change), Instagram (visual "Breathe–Make–Let Go" cycles), and TikTok/Reels (behind-the-scenes DIY spirit)
Design and manage the relational pathways that guide new collaborators from their first visit as a curious stranger to becoming fully aligned, co-producing organizational partners
Proactively identify and invite artists, youth groups, and neighborhood elders who aren't currently "in the room" to ensure the space is a true multi-generational cross-section of North Beach
Support the formation of partnerships with impact aligned conference organizers, tech-adjacent foundations, and neighborhood associations to ensure the venue serves as a stable, regenerative anchor
Use social media to document our "Bright-Future Experiments,"
