Responsibilities

Manage fund structures, operations, and new launches, including system implementations, control environments, and process manuals
Prepare and review SEC filings such as N-PORT, N-CEN, N-CSR, and annual/semi-annual reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Oversee daily NAVs, monthly/quarterly closes, allocations, waterfalls, and fund returns while coordinating with administrators, custodians, and valuation firms
Produce quarterly board materials, marketing presentations, and investor reporting packages
Monitor compliance with SEC and IRS regulations, manage incentive fee reviews, and oversee fund credit facilities
Oversee cash flow forecasts, budgets, leverage facilities, and portfolio compliance testing including reconciliation and concentration analysis

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
7-12 years of accounting and finance experience with SEC reporting for registered investment companies and private credit
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macros
Experience designing and implementing policies, procedures, and controls
Detail-oriented
Organized
Resourceful
Strong time management and leadership skills
Able to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred

CPA designation
Daily NAV fund experience
