Salesforce Developer
Jobs via Dice is seeking a Salesforce Developer to leverage Salesforce as a central tool across multiple divisions. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting scalable Salesforce CRM solutions, leading integrations, and ensuring system security and compliance.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support scalable Salesforce CRM solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Education Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, including administration of third-party applications such as Conga Suite, DemandTools, Rollup Helper, Mogli, Blackthorn, and OwnBackup
Lead and support integrations using ETL tools including Informatica and Axiom
Serve in a lead role for Salesforce application administration, configuration, development, troubleshooting, and support for both operational and project initiatives
Responsibilities include user access management (profiles, roles, permission sets, groups, sharing rules), object modeling, page layout design, data mapping and recovery, code migration, change management, application security, performance optimization, and system availability
Maintain the highest level of system security by ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols, conducting regular system audits, and collaborating with team members to design, test, and implement security best practices and policies
Act as the primary technical point of contact for vendor support, leading investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of CRM and integrated application issues
Monitor and interpret application logs, create and manage support cases, and provide technical expertise, reporting, and end-user training to improve efficiency and ensure timely task completion
Perform comprehensive data management activities, including data conversion, migration, de-duplication, and identification and remediation of data quality issues
Collaborate with CRM team members and business stakeholders to proactively identify and recommend system improvements, enhancements, and customizations that meet business needs while ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly
Evaluate, recommend, and assist with the implementation of current and emerging technologies aligned with organizational goals
Adhere to established project management methodologies to deliver work on time and within scope
Lead internal and external project resources, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and ensure completion of required documentation, including design artifacts, technical and integration specifications, and test plans
Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships through clear communication with project teams and stakeholders, contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale IT projects and strategic initiatives in support of WVU's goals
Qualification
Required
