Responsibilities

Serve partners impeccably and look for opportunities to connect and maintain their brand
Execute maintenance of all trackers consistently
Maintain and update target partnership lists monthly in each market
Send detailed incremental updates on programming efforts weekly to dedicated publicist per partner
Conduct outreach to key businesses, organizations, partners and vendors for programming
Execute contract negotiations for partnerships on behalf of the partners
Monetize the discipline for a business’s bottom line, wherever possible
Direct partner responsibilities
Attend and participate in partner meetings when needed
Attend partner events and support partner relationships, as necessary
Update media relations team and partner marketing briefs with programming updates
Lead partner accounts
Participate in new business campaigns and present at new business meetings, as necessary
Ensure best-in-class account management and communication processes internally and externally
Maintain an up-to-date project management board for all partners with real-time updates on programming efforts and updates
Contribute to partner brainstorms, strategies, campaigns and plans
Execute partner programming assigned by the media relations team, including key needs and action items
Share trends and ideas of partnerships and activations with the wider team weekly
Source partnerships for programs, packages, events, and charitable giving
Develop routine ways to check in on partner connection and satisfaction with the media relations team
Provide detailed and thorough updates and oversee the preparation of materials for meetings and check-ins, sending team weekly updates and deadlines
Provide detailed partner turnovers with all programming details; run of show, etc…
Execute construction of special reports to support key learnings
Contribute to new business pitches both with ideation and execution, and actively seek new opportunities with contacts and friends
Elevate the performance of collaborations and partnerships through targeted strategies and robust engagement plans
Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions
Suggest and assist in managing partner budgets for successful results
Engross yourself in culture, food and travel, becoming an expert in its personalities, products and processes
Cultivate career path and actively seek professional development opportunities alongside the company

Find opportunities to help evolve and share Kinship’s own story in our practices, communications vehicles, relationships, marketing materials, reports and plans as well as live and online presences
Similarly, work with colleagues to ensure resonant storytelling practices across marketing disciplines
Develop a keen understanding of measurement and reporting tools
Interface with team members in other disciplines for strong coordination of integrated marketing campaigns
Lead projects or functions assigned by the Leader for the overall team
