Responsibilities

Train and develop a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality

Build Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing meaningful learning activities, and addressing challenges

Deliver consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that increases student engagement and achievement

Directly coach a small group of students, demonstrating expert motivation and coaching techniques

Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with world-class excellence

Required

Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field

Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives

Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities with experience building, managing, and motivating high-performing teams

Experience working with youth between the ages of 5 and 18 in an educational or developmental setting

Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement

Able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ

Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
