KATBOTZ is seeking an experienced UAT/PMO Lead to oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), project governance, and PMO activities across IT and ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management acumen and hands-on experience leading end-to-end testing and validation in large-scale IT projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage UAT cycles across multiple IT or ERP implementations, ensuring test readiness, execution, defect management, and sign-off

Collaborate with business users and functional leads to define test strategy, scope, and acceptance criteria

Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure defects are tracked and resolved within timelines

Maintain UAT dashboards, test logs, and reporting metrics for project stakeholders

Oversee PMO governance, including project tracking, documentation, and adherence to delivery milestones

Develop and maintain project status reports, risk registers, issue logs, and change requests

Support project planning, resource allocation, and budget tracking within the PMO framework

Ensure alignment between IT, business, and vendor teams for smooth project delivery

Facilitate post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, and process improvement initiatives
