Responsibilities
Post and reconcile payments, adjustments, and write-offs
Review and resolve denials, underpayments, and payment discrepancies
Monitor aged A/R to ensure timely collections
Create and log daily bank deposits; prepare and verify bank reconciliations
Review EOBs/ERAs for accuracy and timeliness
Scan and sort daily mail, checks and payment documents
Contribute to monthly posting and bookkeeping reports
Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent billing accuracy
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or equivalent; Accounting
1-3 years of cash posting, accounting, or pharmacy billing
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel preferred
Healthcare, pharmacy, DME experience, a plus
