Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the AI-powered chatbot project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
Implement and advocate for Agile best practices, guiding the team through Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
Act as a product owner when necessary, defining product vision, roadmap, and prioritizing features based on business value and customer needs
Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Oversee testing phases, including unit, integration, and acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements
Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Proven experience in Leading Agile development projects, with deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks
Strong skills with a track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
