Responsibilities
Prepare, file, and serve documents with federal courts electronically
Communicate with clients and witnesses to schedule meets, interviews, and depositions
Maintain attorney’s calendars
Request records of our clients in a timely manner
Send correspondence to clients, defense counsel, etc
Follow up with other staff members and attorneys on the status of cases
Maintain organization of multiple cases
Qualification
Required
2+ years of related experience
Strong oral and written skills
Must be comfortable speaking with a diverse group of people & able to work with all levels of staff
Must be able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience at a law firm preferred
Knowledge of Asbestos Litigation a plus
Paralegal certification or degree a plus
