Responsibilities
Lead valuation projects for commercial real estate loan portfolios
Dive into loan docs, financial statements, and deal structures
Build and review valuation models and market‑supported assumptions
Present results to clients, auditors, and stakeholders
Track interest rates, market trends, and CRE fundamentals
Grow into client relationship ownership within just a few months
Qualification
Required
Experience in CRE valuation, underwriting, appraisal, or financial modeling
Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with complex models
Ability to distill complex concepts and communicate valuation insights clearly and confidently
Stay informed on capital-markets trends and have a genuine interest in how real estate deals are structured
Detail-oriented, curious, and thrive in fast-moving environments
Strong grounding in commercial real estate valuation, including cash-flow modeling, loan-level analysis, and interpreting complex financial and legal documents
Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable monitoring capital-markets trends to inform valuation inputs
Preferred
ARGUS experience is a plus
Experience/a desire to present valuation results to clients and auditors, with the ability to explain assumptions clearly
