Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and professional responses to prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with outstanding precision and care
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, whether on campus or online
Shape overall admissions strategy or make final enrollment decisions
Operate exclusively in a back-office capacity without family-facing responsibilities
Function within a sluggish, overly bureaucratic structure
Prioritize relationship development without rigorous execution and accountability
Qualification
Required
Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a comparable area
2+ years in a client-facing role within admissions, enrollment, events, or similar contexts
Solid administrative and organizational capabilities; you are dependable and meticulous
Sharp eye for detail and proven track record maintaining accurate applicant records or CRM systems
Comfortable managing both remote tasks and in-person campus duties
Able to adjust rapidly and succeed in a fast-moving, mission-focused environment
Authorized to work in the US and available to work on-site in Austin; TX, San Francisco; CA, Santa Barbara; CA or NYC; NY
