Responsibilities
Perform work on all phases of various architectural projects including design development and construction documentation, preparation of specifications, design review, coordination and correlation of construction drawings
Prepare schematics, design development and construction documents. Develop, modify and review production drawings and edit project narratives and specifications
Experienced in Drafting, Programming, Architectural Rendering, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Space Planning
Analyze client problems and develop architectural solutions to those problems
Experienced supporting aspects of project design, management, and coordination
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience
5+ years related experience
Proficiency in Revit
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong technical expertise related to design and construction
Preferred
Licensure preferred (or interested in pursuing)
