Responsibilities

Manage the lifecycle of assigned B2B payment products and features, from requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for product improvement or net new products
Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Support go-to-market activities, including creation of product collateral, sales training materials, and client-facing presentations
Be data obsessed: Track and analyse product performance metrics, recommending changes to improve adoption and retention
Collaborate with multiple teams at Visa to build your product strategy and deliver product enhancements
Contribute to the broader VCS product roadmap by sharing insights and feedback from customers and the market

Required

8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred

Experience in Product Management, preferably in payments or fintech
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
Excellent powerpoint skills, skilled in creating a data based roadmap and product strategy, developing user stories, and collaborating with technical teams
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with sales teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and client audiences
Experience supporting go-to-market activities and enabling sales teams
Familiarity with Visa products and ecosystem is a plus
MBA or advanced degree beneficial but not required
