Responsibilities

Facilitate day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, material handling, and equipment maintenance
Assist in monitoring and analyzing production metrics to drive continuous improvement
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Participate in problem-solving activities to address production issues and minimize downtime
Facilitate the implementation of quality control measures to ensure product quality
Receive and follow detailed written instructions on work assignments
Interface with team members to solve defined issues and complete tasks

Required

Be a US Person
Be enrolled in the Aerospace Assembly Specialist program at Lake Washington Institute of Technology
Be interested in full-time employment immediately upon high school graduation
Be proficient in reading and writing in the English language
Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
