Responsibilities

Facilitating adaptive literacy workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension

Creating individualized motivational experiences that engage students and foster a lasting passion for reading

Reviewing student performance metrics to iteratively improve instructional methods and extract meaningful insights

Working alongside technical teams to assess and refine AI-powered literacy platforms

Required

Bachelor's degree plus specialized certification in reading pedagogy (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)

Capable of evaluating reading proficiency, organizing student cohorts, and creating differentiated lesson plans independent of existing curriculum materials

Comfortable working with AI and adaptive learning technologies, with ability to respond to student engagement patterns within these systems

Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
