Optimize productivity by design, implementation, and testing of new products
Tracking metrics and reporting
Managing production trial projects
Raw material qualifications
Develop programs and methods for product engineering
Technical point of contact for customers and commercial representatives
Manage projects with cross-functional teams
Identifies potential markets within the flexible packaging film and specialty film

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar
4 years experience R&D Engineering in plastic films manufacturing is required
