Account Specialist
BLACKWOOD is seeking an extraordinary individual to join their team as an Account Specialist. The role involves maximizing sales potential within assigned territories, managing sales operations, and building strong relationships with customers and partners to support the overall success of the territory.

Responsibilities
Working effectively within assigned territory and named account base to maximize sales potential
Managing sales operational elements of territory, to include quoting, order processing, Salesforce.com (CRM) management, etc
Responsible for accurate forecasting pipeline up to leadership
Maintain fluency and remain current on technology / industry trends
Conduct yourself in a manner consistent with Blackwood’s Core Values and reputation – generating a positive image of our organization to the market
Basic understanding of pertinent State contracts / purchasing vehicles
Building strong relationships with customers, partners (OEMs) and distributors, by offering an additional layer of Blackwood support
Active Management of Renewals in SFDC
Qualification
Required
US Citizen
Willingness to permit a Background Check
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
Reputation of operating with strong ethics and integrity
History of being overwhelmingly likable (duds need not apply)
Desire and ability to learn new COTS Technologies
Excellent Presentation and Written Communication Skills
Strong Time Management Skills
Passion to Hustle and Have fun
