Baptist Health is the region’s largest not-for-profit healthcare organization, and they are seeking an Acquisition & PMO Analyst to support acquisitions of new business ventures and act as financial business liaisons. The role involves generating financial forecasts, performing due diligence, and collaborating with operational leaders to integrate new business transactions.

Responsibilities

Providing support pertaining to acquisitions of new business ventures including but not limited to employment of physicians and internal business development strategies

Providing support to the department in their roles as financial business liaisons to the organization

Gathering, reviewing, maintaining and generating financial and statistical forecasts necessary to prepare a return on investment calculation and fair market value (FMV) analysis reports

Collaborating with operational leaders in performing due diligence and integrating the acquired or new business transaction to BHSF standards

Collaborating with operational leaders and external third party specialists to review financial information for system wide non-employed physician contracting arrangements and ensure assumptions and practices are valid and consistent to both the organization‘s standards and market data

Required

Bachelors

Minimum three years of accounting and or related business experience in a for-profit or not-for-profit entity

Possess strong budget, financial and analytical skills including knowledge of management information systems

Proficient skills in MS Excel and MS Word and excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor‘s degree in Accounting, Finance or Healthcare Administration or related business discipline preferred

Certified Public Accountant or Masters degree preferred

Work experience in a nationally recognized public accounting firm a plus
