They are seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator who will manage email communications, troubleshoot issues, and improve engagement through effective email marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
Work within our email automation tool, Customer.io, to build, schedule, QA and send email communications that follow industry and brand-specific best practices
Become a subject matter expert in email templating, design, QA, and audience segmentation
Troubleshoot solutions for common email problems both independently and in partnership with our support partners
Actively identify and address process inefficiencies in an effort to work smarter, not harder
Take ownership of your role: ask questions, clarify process steps and owners, and raise issues to team members in a timely way
Make recommendations to improve deliverability and engagement to email audiences
Leverage email tool queries and reports to troubleshoot problem areas
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of hands-on experience in email or digital marketing
Experience collaborating closely with multiple business stakeholders to complete projects accurately and on time
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using workflow or project management software such as Airtable, Monday.com, Asana, etc
Preferred
Knowledge of email service providers and coding practices (HTML and CSS) for email clients is a plus
