Smartwork IT Services is seeking a Cyber Security Business Analyst with strong experience with BigID for one of their valuable clients. The role involves maintaining and updating classifiers, integrating workflows, and developing risk assessments while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Maintenance and update of RegEx classifiers as needed to align with business needs

Detailed workflow integration requirements between BigID and Jira/ServiceNow

Experience with designing data fields, routing logic, and triggers

Integration setup between BigID and Jira/ServiceNow (API configuration, authentication, and mapping)

Development and execution of test plans for workflow capabilities

Ongoing tuning and troubleshooting for classifiers and workflow processes

Work with internal stakeholders to organize preparing and sending resilience risk assessments to critical 3rd parties

Obtain responses, evaluate for completeness, and develop a risk assessment draft for review

Track and report upon these activities and develop a TPRM reporting mechanism

Track new supplier gating and update in-scope TPRM supplier record as needed
