Business Development Manager
Associate Staffing is looking to add a Sales Executive to their fastest growing team. This role involves generating new business, managing existing relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to prioritize work and improve organizational attractiveness.

Responsibilities
Generates new business in addition to manage existing business relationships. Leverage client relationships to build and grow staffing business and share in the profit of that business
Clearly communicates with business partners and internal team to set daily and weekly priorities of work
Accountable for the timely completion of external meetings, phone calls, and documentation
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential business targets
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with recruiters
Influences hiring decisions through expertise and thorough knowledge of the talent market and candidate profiles
Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related administrative tasks
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to business
Qualification
Required
You have experience in business-to-business sales
You have a track-record of proven success in and out of work
You know who you are- we're looking for authenticity not flashy sales tactics
You seek to serve and give
Strong oral and written communication skills
MS Office computer experience
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment that requires motivation and initiative

Bachelor's degree preferred
