Responsibilities
Collaborates on technical requirements and change requests with product owners, development team members and other key stakeholders
Designs, implements, and validates product requirements
Develops, reviews, and tests code to satisfy the requirements and see them through the entire life cycle process from start to finish
Participates in peer code reviews and testing
Engage with other team members of the engineering department to continually improve quality, testability, and maintainability of code
Qualification
Required
Must have obtained a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent technical field, by or within the 6 months preceding the start date of June 2026
Located in the greater Dallas area
Demonstrated knowledge in Java and Spring
Building responsive Single Page Web Applications using modern front-end technologies like jQuery, React/Angular, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
Database Development (e.g., Postgres, SQL Server, MySQL, SQLite, Oracle)
Preferred
Are a new graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree
Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in conversation
Are eager to learn, ask great questions, and work with others to solve problems
Willing to collaborate across the organization to drive XiFin's business forward
