TCC Wireless (T-Mobile) is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple store locations in the wireless technology sector. The role involves inspiring teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales goals, and ensuring operational excellence across the district.

Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing store managers and staff
Cultivate a motivating environment through coaching, performance evaluations, and ongoing feedback
Provide leadership and guidance to store managers, helping them meet and exceed sales and operational targets
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning across your district
Drive sales growth across all stores within your district, consistently meeting or surpassing targets
Promote a customer-first culture, ensuring high satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
Support store managers in implementing effective upselling, cross-selling, and account activation strategies
Lead weekly meetings to set sales goals, review performance, and motivate teams
Ensure all stores adhere to company policies, visual merchandising standards, and operational procedures
Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and POS accuracy
Monitor store performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions
Conduct regular store visits to evaluate cleanliness, operational efficiency, and staff performance
Qualification
Required
Any combination of education and experience providing the necessary skills and knowledge is acceptable
Typical qualifications would be equivalent to: Associate or bachelor's degree with course work in business, accounting, marketing or management
3+ years' experience in retail sales management (wireless industry preferred)
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Proven success in leading multiple retail locations and achieving sales goals
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the district, including overnight stays
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Deep understanding of wireless products, plans, and trends
Adaptable to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment
