Staff Leadership & Development: Leads orientation and training for new staff, provides clinical guidance, supports ongoing development, and monitors individual performance

Clinical Oversight: Ensures timely and accurate referrals, guides case management, oversees service delivery, and maintains documentation standards

Program & Education Support: Participates in developing in-service programs, special clinical initiatives, and staff education sessions

Compliance & Representation: Adheres to agency standards, privacy regulations, and corporate ethics; represents the agency in community meetings

Operational Accountability: Conducts staff meetings, ensures attendance reliability, and performs additional functions as assigned by management
