Responsibilities
Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional proficiency
Authoring Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning experiences, and addressing common obstacles
Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and outcomes
Personally mentoring a select group of students, exemplifying advanced coaching and motivational techniques
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas
Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives
Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities with a capacity to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams
Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings
Strong data analysis skills and ability to leverage metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement
Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
