Responsibilities
Drive analytics transformation by crafting and accomplishing critical initiatives that modernize the function and position Analytics as a motivation for enterprise-wide decision-making
Elevate analytics storytelling — synthesize insights from across teams into compelling, executive-ready narratives that advise and influence business strategy and direction
Lead executive communications — craft high-impact materials for the ELT that translate analytical findings into clear business implications and actionable recommendations
Bridge technical and business perspectives by distilling sophisticated analytical or computer-based concepts into concise insights that resonate with executive leadership
Enable outstanding analytics operations through partnership, process development, and a focus on quality, consistency, and innovation — ensuring the team remains a leader in AI and data-driven decisioning
Develop cross-functional alignment between Analytics, Product, and Business leadership to ensure insights directly shape strategy, prioritization, and measurable business outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering)
5+ years in consulting, strategy, product, or customer strategy roles, ideally within a data-driven or technology-focused organization
Proven track record to structure ambiguity, identify root causes, and develop actionable solutions that drive measurable business impact
Deep understanding of how analytics translate into levers for growth and efficiency, coupled with exceptional communication skills to craft executive-ready insights that influence strategy
Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners, including proven experience working with C-level executives, developing content that is appropriate for this level of audience
Highly curious, adaptable, and future-focused, with a passion for advancing analytics excellence and staying at the forefront of AI and data innovation
