Responsibilities

Report to the Chief Business Officer and lead the execution and delivery of all partnership activations across Ordr’s portfolio
Own the post-sale partnership lifecycle, ensuring seamless transition from deal close to activation, fulfillment, and reporting
Serve as the primary internal leader responsible for activating sponsorships tied to Ordr’s technology, platforms, events, and commercial initiatives
Collaborate closely with all departments to align activation plans with contractual obligations, partner objectives, and revenue goals
Manage key partner relationships post-sale, ensuring high satisfaction, strong renewals, and long-term value creation
Oversee the activation of branded assets, integrations, experiential elements, digital placements, and premium partner touchpoints
Lead go-to-market execution for partnership launches, working cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and delivery
Build and mentor a high-performing partnership activation team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence
Develop scalable activation frameworks, playbooks, and processes that can be deployed across multiple partners and properties
Ensure all activations are tracked and measured using CRM systems, reporting dashboards, sponsor impact studies, and performance analytics
Partner with Product, CX, Legal, and Finance teams to support contract compliance, amendments, renewals, and partner reporting
Assist in managing the activation budget, resource planning, and vendor coordination to ensure efficient execution
Stay current on industry best practices in sponsorship activation, experiential marketing, and partner servicing across sports and live entertainment

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
5–10 years of experience in partnership activation, sponsorship fulfillment, experiential marketing, or commercial operations
Proven experience leading teams responsible for executing complex, multi-partner activations
Strong understanding of sponsorship fulfillment, asset delivery, and post-sale partner management
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, operations, and data teams
Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills
Ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, Microsoft Office, and reporting platforms
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required

Preferred

Experience working with sports teams, venues, or large-scale live events
Working knowledge of financial systems, settlement processes, or data reporting tools
Comfort operating in startup or high-growth environments
