Responsibilities
Support ongoing capital formation efforts across existing and new private credit strategies
Prepare investor presentation materials, DDQs, RFPs, RFIs, case studies, and product commentary
Coordinate investor due diligence processes including data room management, diligence materials, and operational requests
Participate in limited partner meetings and follow-ups with institutional investors including pension funds, endowments, foundations, family offices, wealth platforms, and consultants
Assist with portfolio updates, quarterly reporting, and investor communications
Collaborate with investment teams to translate market commentary and portfolio developments into investor-appropriate language
Maintain CRM, pipeline activity, and investor tracking
Qualification
Required
4–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Investor Reporting, Fundraising, or Client Service at a private credit, private equity, or alternative asset management firm
Demonstrated experience supporting institutional investors and consultants
Exceptional writing and presentation skills; ability to distill complex investment themes
Strong attention to detail and project management discipline
Intellectual curiosity and desire to build deep product knowledge in credit
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools
Preferred
Foundational credit or investment background strongly preferred (private credit, direct lending, leveraged finance, structured credit, or related experience)
