Senior Global Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

Lead and administer compensation programs aligned with the company’s values and strategic priorities, including salary survey participation, global market benchmarking, annual merit cycles, and bonus plan administration
In partnership with the Senior Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations, plan, develop, and implement compensation programs, policies, and procedures to support company goals and maintain competitive practices
Ensure compensation programs are administered consistently and in compliance with internal policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Monitor the effectiveness of compensation practices and recommend cost-effective, market-aligned enhancements aligned with business objectives
Consult with managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job evaluations
Partner with the HR Technology team to assess, implement, and optimize compensation planning tools
Design thoughtful, creative solutions to compensation-related challenges and programs
Compile, analyze, and present compensation data clearly and confidently to a variety of audiences

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources, finance, or accounting
At least five years in human resources, compensation, financial planning & analysis, accounting, or a similar field
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move with speed; a strong collaborator with a consultative mindset who enjoys working in a start-up or high-growth environment
Working knowledge of US federal, state, and local compensation regulations and compliance requirements
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, model, and communicate data effectively
Experience building financial models and managing budgets
Advanced skills with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel required
Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior leaders

Preferred

Software/SaaS experience in a private equity environment preferred
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and certified compensation professional credentials preferred
Global compensation experience preferred
Experience with compensation planning tools is a plus
