Honestly is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer who will play a key role for clients and team members. This position involves building and maintaining web applications, collaborating with team members and clients, and providing technical expertise and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications primarily using PHP, VueJS/React, and SQL

Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and other team leaders, explaining project progress, solutions and needs to ensure everyone is aligned

Collaborates with other developers and resources, including staff and contractors, to develop high-quality software solutions successfully

Work with the lead support engineer and customer success manager to ensure technical support is delivered effectively and efficiently

Maintain existing project standards and suggest improvements to processes, projects and codebases

Develop reusable code and libraries and tools to continue building efficiency

Write, review and input on technical documentation and architectural discussions

Perform code reviews and debugging to ensure consistent quality

Participate in estimating and scoping new projects, features and other opportunities

Keep on top of the latest developments and trends in technology to propose and implement new solutions

Required

Proven experience in working with PHP, VueJS/React, SQL or equivalent technologies

In-depth understanding of the entire web development cycle (design, development, and deployment)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Adaptable and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
