Sales Development Representative
Fuze Health is dedicated to putting patients first and addressing pressing healthcare needs. They are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Development Representative to identify and engage prospective customers, conduct outreach, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

Responsibilities
Research and identify potential customers using tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and sales intelligence platforms
Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate interest
Respond to inbound leads and qualify them based on defined criteria
Schedule discovery meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives
Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM
Learn and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective customers
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting-set goals
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of experience (sales experience is a plus but not required)
Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new people
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Coachable, curious, and eager to learn
Resilient mindset and positive attitude toward feedback
Interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Preferred
Internship or prior experience in sales, customer success, or customer support
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B environments
