Responsibilities
Engaging directly with students each day to inspire and mentor—no traditional lectures, only high-impact peer-style coaching
Leveraging adaptive technology and AI-driven platforms to support individualized learning progression
Facilitating small-group sessions that emphasize leadership development, practical life skills, and strategies for real-world achievement
Partnering with students to identify their unique strengths and broaden their aspirations via tailored growth roadmaps
Providing feedback, data, and innovative ideas to continuously refine Alpha's educational approach
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from any discipline
Proven history of exceptional achievement (examples include top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic-level athletics, national-level competitions, etc.)
3 years of hands-on experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship required
Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL; Santa Barbara, CA; or San Francisco, CA
