Responsibilities
Perform routine building maintenance
Ensure the efficient operation of building systems
Carry out preventive maintenance
Address plumbing needs
Manage facility operations
Maintain the safety and functionality of the property
Collaborate with the property management team
Perform hands-on work to ensure a well-maintained and operationally efficient property
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Building Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to address structural and operational requirements
Experience in Plumbing and plumbing system repairs to ensure efficient water usage and functionality
Strong understanding of Facility Management (FM) with a focus on day-to-day property operations
Skilled in Preventive Maintenance to ensure long-term operational efficiency and reduce downtime
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred
Relevant trade certifications or experience in building systems (HVAC, electrical, or other systems) are a plus
