VP Racing Fuels is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Commercial Sales to lead and expand our commercial sales organization at our Corporate Headquarters in San Antonio, Texas. This role is essential to driving growth, building executive relationships, and expanding our reach into large enterprise accounts, requiring a visionary leader with a proven track record of closing high value deals.

Responsibilities

Build and develop the Commercial Sales team

Identify, prospect, and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities with large enterprise accounts

Develop and execute a targeted sales plan to meet and exceed aggressive revenue goals

Cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts

Lead opportunities from initial prospecting through negotiation and contract closure

Deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases to senior decision-makers

Work closely with Marketing, Consumer Product, and Operations to ensure alignment on customer needs

Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies

Provide accurate pipeline management, revenue forecasts, and executive-level reporting via Salesforce

Partner with senior leadership on sales strategy, mentor junior sales staff, and contribute to succession planning

Contribute to long-term commercial strategy and demonstrate readiness for future executive leadership
