Responsibilities

Conduct family tours that lead to enrollment, tailor follow-up communications, and oversee the admissions pipeline toward enrollment goals
Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, identify and resolve obstacles, and guide families confidently toward commitment
Implement safety protocols and drills, record incidents, and ensure rigorous compliance
Manage daily operations, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and act as the main technology point of contact
Organize and facilitate open houses and campus events that present Montessorium through a refined, inviting experience
Provide short-term coverage during staffing shortages to supervise K–6 students (ages 5–13)—activities like recess duty, transitions, and basic classroom monitoring. This is support, not teaching
