The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is dedicated to redefining ultra-luxury hospitality at sea. They are seeking an experienced IT Administrator responsible for managing the Azure environment, providing desktop support, and maintaining IT infrastructure while ensuring efficient IT operations.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain our Azure environment, including virtual machines, storage, and security

Provide desktop support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues

Onboard new employees, including setting up accounts and equipment

Procure hardware and software as needed for employee onboarding

Manage accounts, including user access and permissions

Maintain our Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP infrastructure

Manage certificates, including issuing and revoking certificates

Manage group policy, including creating and applying policies

Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient and effective IT operations

CRM support may be needed

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Required

3+ years of experience in IT administration

Experience with Azure, desktop support, CRM support, onboarding, hardware procurement, account management, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP management, certificate management, and group policy

Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Certifications: Microsoft Certifications, including Azure; CompTIA A+; CompTIA Network+

Preferred

A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
