Inside Sales Coordinator
Sunset Stone, LLC. is a leading manufacturer of concrete products based in Castle Rock, CO. They are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to manage customer accounts and provide design support, ensuring a seamless sales experience for clients.

Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through product selection, design considerations, and order processes
Assist clients in the showroom by providing design recommendations, measurements, and tailored solutions for their projects
Prepare accurate quotes and orders that align with client needs and company standards
Manage customer accounts by processing orders, monitoring progress, and maintaining clear, proactive communication
Collaborate with sales, operations, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Maintain showroom presentation, keeping displays, samples, and materials organized and client ready
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree, or related related experience preferred
Experience in sales and client services roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
Ability to read dimensions, provide design input, and support technical aspects of projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM knowledge is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
